You would have thought the media and the public had only just discovered the ludicrousness of the UK's super injunction privacy gagging process. But they are not stupid for they have their own agenda; it needs to convince the current government to change the current privacy laws and they are lobbying hard to stop the EU getting involved and killing off the UK's famed free press.
