Hacking : Police Arrest 31 Year Old Woman In Connection With Phone Hacking

BETHANY USHER has now been named as the women arrested earlier this morning.

Police have arrested another woman in connection with their ongoing investigation into phone hacking, Scotland Yard said today.

A 31-year-old woman was arrested in Northumbria by detectives from Operation Weeting.
A police spokesman said on Wednesday:

"At 06:35hrs officers arrested the woman on suspicion of conspiracy to intercept voicemail messages, contrary to Section1 (1) Criminal Law Act 1977.

"The woman is now in custody at a police station in Northumbria."

The news comes as the Leveson inquiry continues, with Alastair Campbell set to give evidence on Wednesday.
