NO one knows the NYPD better than I do...Trust me. American Police do not know how to "POLICE"....We are the worst investigators on the planet....The NYPD Specializes in terrorizing Black people.....That's all we have ever done. Every time a crime occurs we look at all of the "Usual" suspects, locate them through government info i.e. welfare, medicade, babayu mommas house etc, then build a case against them.......we are not even in step with Scotland Police ...much less Scotland yard....
